Do you pick me up from my door?

Yes, providing that your pick up location  within our designated zones please call (07) 5556 9888 for zone information. If pick up point is inside a gated estate, please be waiting outside the gates.

What constitutes a family rate?

2 adults and 2 children

What age is your children’s rate?

3 years to 13 years inclusive. Children under 3 years, if they are nursed they travel free.

Do we have to pre-book my travel with Con-x-ion?

Yes. We appreciate 48 hours notice when booking for transfers to the airport. The Drivers’ manifests are compiled the day prior and adequate notice enables more efficiency. If you have a late booking, do not hesitate to ring, as we will try to accommodate you with an existing run. Theme park and attraction transfer bookings can be made on the day. To book you can;

Can I take my Surfboard?

Yes, Surfboards must be less than 2 metres, if they exceed 2 metres they are unable to be carried on scheduled services due to our Mini Coaches trailer size restriction. Please view Terms and Conditions at www.con-x-ion.com for relevant fees.

How much does a transfer cost?

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard

Where do you carry our luggage?

If you are travelling on our mini coaches (12 seaters and 21 seaters), there will be a trailer. The maxi coaches (50 seaters) have luggage containers. If travelling in a Tarago 7 seater, luggage will be stored in the boot. Excess luggage does incur a fee; please view Terms and Conditions at www.con-x-ion.com for details.

Where will you pick me up at the Airport?

Domestic passengers are met near their carriers’ luggage carousel in the terminal. We allow up to 30 minutes for baggage collection and an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact with the driver.

International passengers are met at the Coffee Club inside the Arrivals Hall. We allow up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and than an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. Gold Coast Airport Arrival Information

Domestic Jetstar, Virgin Blue & Tiger Airways passengers are met near their carriers’ luggage carousel in the terminal. We allow up to 30 minutes for baggage collection and an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. International passengers are met directly outside the custom exit doors. We allow up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and than an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. Sunshine Coast Airport Arrival Information.

Con-x-ion will meet each flight at the Sunshine Coast Airport. Passengers are met near their carriers’ luggage carousel in the terminal. The driver will be wearing a distinctive yellow company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact with the driver.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will only be made subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation in excess of 24 hours refunded 100% of charges payable.
  • Cancellation under 24 hours, with more than 12 hours notice given incurs 50% penalty.
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours will incur a NIL refund.
  • Credit Card refunds once processed will incur a processing fee.

How many other people are on the coach?

It can vary. We offer shared shuttle transfers in which we have numerous services to/from the Airports 24 hours a day 7 days a week picking up/dropping off passengers along the way. Alternatively you can charter a Coach, for pricing call (07) 5556 9888

Do you have baby capsules?

No, we are not obligated to provide baby capsules. On Charter bookings, baby capsules are available upon request.

Do all your coaches have seatbelts?

No, some Coaches are equipped with seatbelts and some are not.

Why do you want our flight details?

Flight details (including which airline, arrival time/departure time, return dates and times) assist us in prompt pick up times.

Why do the Drivers ask for our details when we have already given the return details with the booking?

It is a policy of the Company and a cross check to reduce the risks of error.
