OVERVIEW
This website, the software, design, text and graphics comprised in this website
and the format and layout of this site are owned by Con-x-ion. You may view and
electronically copy the pages of this website in the usual operation of your web
browser in visiting this site, but for no other purpose. Copying, distributing,
selling, modifying, transmitting is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks, business names, company names, logos and trade names are owned by Con-x-ion.
You do not have any right to licence or use them.
PRICING POLICY
All prices shown are retail, include GST and are shown in Australian Dollars.
Periodicially Con-x-ion will have 'specials'. There will be time frames on these
'specials' and limited numbers available. 'Specials' must be booked and paid for
at time of booking and confirmed by Con-x-ion within 24 hours to guarantee that
booking. Failure to pay for the 'special' at time of booking may result in cancellation
of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to cancellation
in these circumstances. This clause applies to 'specials' only. See Item CANCELLATION
POLICY for further information on 'regular' bookings.
Con-x-ion may have third parties involved in 'special' offers. You must check the
third party provider to determine their terms and conditions that apply to the 'special'.
AGENT/MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, SECURITY.
Those entities on registration with Con-x-ion will be issued a username and password
to enable use of their account. Keeping your username and password confidential
and secure from misuse is entirely your responsibility. Any transaction or use or
activities from your account giving rise to any liability monetary or legal or otherwise
are your responsibility. Where you have reasons to suspect that there may have been
unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security you must immediately
inform Con-x-ion. Con-x-ion will not be responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever,
for any losses that are incurred due to any misuse of your account by another, with
or without your consent or knowledge or by yourself.
To transact you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement ie; you
are above 18 years of age and are of sound mind.
UPDATES/AMENDMENTS
Con-x-ion may at any time amend this site's terms and conditions without notice
to you. The amendments will be posted on the site and will take effect immediately.

Con-x-ion may link our site to other sites on the Web. It is your choice to visit
these sites. We cannot take responsibility for the content or security on these
sites and will not be responsible if you suffer any loss or damage from visiting
these sites or using another's product or service. It is recommended you check privacy

CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFERS
AIRPORT ARRIVALS – BRISBANE AIRPORT
Domestic passengers meeting point is by the luggage carousel. International passengers
meeting point is on the left hand side of the arrivals hall near the Coffee Club.
The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt with the company logo displayed
and be displaying a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is
essential you make contact with the driver. If you can not locate your driver within
15 minutes of collecting your luggage please contact our office on 1800 266 946
(24hr Hotline “Press 1 to speak to an operator”).
AIRPORT ARRIVALS - GOLD COAST
Domestic Jetstar and Virgin Blue passengers are met by the luggage carousel. Tiger
Airways passengers are to proceed outside the terminal doors for pick up. International
passengers are met directly outside the custom exit doors. The driver will be wearing
a distinctive blue shirt with the company logo displayed and displaying a welcome
meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is essential you make contact with
the driver. If you can not locate your driver within 15 minutes of collecting your
luggage please contact our office on 1800 266 946 (24hr Hotline “Press 1 to
speak to an operator”).
AIRPORT ARRIVALS – SUNSHINE COAST
All passengers will be met by the luggage carousel. The driver will be displaying
a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is essential you make

LATE FLIGHTS
Con-x-ion is not responsible for delayed flights and recommends travellers to take
relevant travel insurance. Please note transfers booked on the last coach service
allocated for the day that arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick
up, will need to make alternative transport arrangements at their own expense. In
this situation, Con-x-ion will refund the transfer price.

on the next available service pick up time.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Passengers are advised to purchase their own travel insurance prior to their departure,
as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation. Ask your travel consultant
for details.
BAGGAGE
As part of the service offered, we provide sufficient luggage space to allow for
one suitcase and one carry-on bag for each Con-X-ion customer (per airport weight
guidelines). All luggage must be clearly labelled by the passenger, including name
and full address. Valuable items (e.g. jewellery, expensive equipment, cash etc)
should be carried by the passenger. Passengers are strongly advised to take out
appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Understandably some clients travel with excess luggage. To ensure that we have enough
space we need to be informed of an additional luggage at time of booking. A $6 fee
will be incurred for anything over and above 1 suitcase and hand luggage. Please
note: Surfboards can only be transported if they are 6’ (2m) or under. luggageClients’
failure to advise Con-X-ion of excess luggage could result in being unable to accommodate
extra luggage in the space provided. We require taking this action to ensure the
safety and comfort of all passengers plus to meet the strict guidelines of the Queensland
Department of Transport.
PICK UP FROM ACCOMMODATION
Due to the precise nature of aircraft timetables, airport transfer passengers should
aim to be ready and waiting outside their hotel or designated pick-up point at least
10 minutes prior to pick-up time. This should enable passengers to connect with
their respective flights. Con-X-ion advises that the coach is unable to wait for
passengers who are not ready at the agreed pickup time for departures. We aim to
keep waiting time to a minimum, although short delays may occur beyond our control.
Clients are advised to reconfirm their transfer booking 24 hours prior to travel.
Please note: Pickup times given at time of making a booking could vary on day of
transfer owing to other possible pickups in the same area. Times supplied are for
the suburb in general not the client’s actual address. hours pClients are

NOTE: Fares and times are subject to change without notice. Family = 2 adults and
2 children (Childs age is 3-13 years inclusive) Due to Government regulation, the
consumption of alcohol or smoking is illegal on coaches.
ATTRACTION TRANSFERS
Our coaches service Hotels, Accommodation houses and Resorts on the Gold Coast to
the theme parks and attractions up to three times daily with flexible return times.
Bookings are to be made through Warner Village Theme Parks for Australian Outback
Spectacular and Paradise Country for specific show/tour time schedules. n transfer
services. Due to the precise nature of scheduling it may not be possible to wait
for clients who are not ready at the designated pick-up time. Such passengers will
need to re-book on a later service. Please be waiting at the designated meeting
point 10 minutes prior to pick up time so we can avoid this situation.

ROO PASS® TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The ROO Pass® includes attraction transfers to Movieworld, Dreamworld, Whitewater
World, Wet ‘N’ Wild, Seaworld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Harbour
Town Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Surfers Paradise Shopping
Precinct.
It is essential to book your airport transfers at time of ROO Pass® booking, however
you are not required to book all attraction transfers at time of booking the ROO
Pass®. Attraction bookings are flexible and can be done the day before travel, therefore
please ring the Con-x-ion office (07 555 69 888) to book your attraction transfers.

and non consecutive with the facility to re-book transfer to another day if necessary.
The ROO Pass® price is for coach transfers and value add specials on pass only,
theme park entry is NOT included. The days that are hole-punched on your ROO Pass®
are inclusive.
Con-x-ion reserve the right to alter the destinations or times as may be necessary.
Con-x-ion takes no responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factoCon-x-ion

are approximate due to traffic conditions. Passengers should be waiting at departure
point 10 minutes prior to pick up time. The coach cannot wait for late arrivals;
therefore if you miss the designated service, phone the Con-x-ion office (07 555
69888) for the next pick-up time. If there are no available transfers left for the
day, passengers will need to make their own arrangements. Con-x-ion is not responsible
for lost or stolen passes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $5 cancellation (administration) fee with every credit card booking.
Cancellation in excess of 24hrs will receive a 100% refund >
