Due to the nature of scheduling it may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not ready at the designated pick-up time. Such passengers will need to wait for the next available service. Passengers are to be waiting at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to pick up time.

No food or drink is permitted on Con-x-ion buses.

Please note – we aim to keep waiting time to a minimum, although short delays may occur beyond our control.

Clients are advised to reconfirm their transfer booking 24 hours prior to travel.

CON-X-ION TRANSFER SERVICES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS INCURRED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $5 cancellation (administration) fee with every credit card booking.

Cancellation in excess of 24hrs will receive a 100% refund

Cancellation under 24hrs with 12hrs notice will receive a 50% fee

Cancellations less than 12hrs will incur a nil refund
