Airport Arrivals
Gold Coast Airport
Domestic Jetstar and Virgin Blue passengers are met near the luggage carousel in
the terminal. We allow up to 30 minutes for baggage collection and an additional
30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue
shirt and displaying a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It
is essential to make contact with the driver.
International passengers are met directly outside the custom exit doors. We allow
up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and than an additional 30 minutes waiting
time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt and displaying
a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make
contact with the driver.
Brisbane Airport
Domestic passengers are met near the luggage carousel in the terminal. We allow

International passengers are met at the Coffee Club inside the Arrivals Hall. We
allow up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and than an additional 30 minutes
waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt and
displaying a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is essential
to make contact with the driver.
Sunshine Coast Airport
Con-x-ion will meet each flight at the Sunshine Coast Airport. Passengers are met
near the luggage carousel. The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt and
displaying a welcome meeting board with the passengers name on it. It is essential
to make contact with the driver.
Hamilton Wharf
Passengers are met at the bus stop outside the docking area. We allow up to 3 hours
for passenger offload and baggage collection e.g. if you dock at 6AM, we are scheduled
to pick you up at 9AM. The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt and displaying
a welcome board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact
with the driver.
- After you disembark, please ensure your mobile is switched on in case Con-x-ion
needs to get in contact with you.
- If you have collected your luggage, and after 15 minutes, you cannot make contact
with the Driver, please call Con-x-ion on (07) 5556 9888.
Airport Departures
Due to the precise nature of aircraft timetables, airport transfer passengers should
aim to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation house or designated pick-up
point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. This should enable passengers
to connect with their respective flights. Con-x-ion aims to keep waiting times to
a minimum, although in the case of unforseen circumstances that occur beyond our
control, we are not responsible for delays incurred due to these circumstances.
Attraction & Theme Park Transfers
Con-x-ion requires passengers to book at least 24 hours prior for all Attraction
and Theme Park transfers. Theme Park and Attraction transfer passengers should aim
to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation house or designated pick-up
point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. Due to the precise nature
of scheduling, it may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not present
at the designated pick up time; such passengers will be required to call Con-x-ion
and book on a later service. Upon boarding, coach drivers will issue passengers
with a return ticket including available return pick-up times. Australian Outback
Spectacular and Paradise Country show and tour schedule bookings are to be made
through Warner Village Theme Parks.
Roo Pass
You are required to book your airport transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass, though
you are not required to book all attraction transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass.
Attraction transfers require 24 hours notice, please call Con-x-ion on (07) 5556
9888. The Roo Pass includes transfers to Movieworld, Dreamworld, Whitewater World,
Wet”n”Wild, SeaWorld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Superbee Honeyworld,
Fleays, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Surfers Paradise
Shopping Precinct. The Roo Pass must be used within 30 days from first use; any
unused components are non-refundable. The Roo Pass is not transferable; however,
transfers are flexible and have the facility to re-book transfers to another day
if necessary. The Roo Pass price is for Coach Transfers and Specials included in
the pass, theme park entry is NOT included. The days that are hole-punched on the
Roo Pass are inclusive.
Con-x-ion reserves the right to alter the times and destinations as necessary. Con-x-ion
does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. Pick
up times are approximate due to traffic conditions. Passengers should be waiting
at their designated pick-up point 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time; it may
not be possible to wait for passengers who are not present at the designated pick
up time such passengers will be required to call Con-x-ion and book on a later service.
If a late service is not available, passengers are required to make their own travel
arrangements. Con-x-ion is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
Baggage Pricing & Information and Travel Insurance
Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per
airport weight guidelines). Con-x-ion needs to be advised of any additional luggage
at time of booking for which clients will be advised of additional charges. All
luggage must be clearly labelled by the passenger, including name and residential
address. The passenger should carry valuable items (e.g. jewerally, expensive equipment,
cash etc.) onboard. Passengers are strongly advised to purchase their own travel
insurance prior to their departure, as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation.

- Surfboards must be less than 2 metres, if they exceed 2 metres they are unable to
be carried on scheduled service
- Excess luggage falling outside the above groups, will have the cost confirmed by
the Driver upon boarding.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $5.00 cancellation (administration) fee with every credit card booking.
Cancellation in excess of 24 hours will receive a 100% refund
Cancellation in less than 24 hours but with 12 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 12 hours do not receive a refund.

and the format and layout of this site are owned by Con-x-ion. You may view and
electronically copy the pages of this website in the usual operation of your web
browser in visiting this site, but for no other purpose. Copying, distributing,
selling, modifying and transmitting are strictly prohibited.
Trademarks, business names, company names, logos and trade names are owned by Con-x-ion.
You do not have the right to license or use them.
Pricing Policy
All prices are retail, include GST and are shown in Australian dollars. Periodically
Con-x-ion will have “specials”. There will be timeframes on these “specials”
and limited numbers available. “Specials” must be booked and paid for
at the time of booking and confirmed by Con-x-ion within 24 hours to guarantee that
booking. Failure to pay for the “special” at time of booking may result
in cancellation of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due
to cancellation in these circumstances. This clause applies to “specials”
only. See item below “Cancellation Policy” for further information on
“regular” bookings. Con-x-ion may have third parties involved in “specials”.
You may check the third party provider to determine their terms and conditions that
apply to the “special”. Please note: fares and times are subject to
change without notice.
Agent/Member account, password and security
Those entities on registration with Con-x-ion will be required to choose a username
and password to enable use of their account. Keeping your username and password
confidential and secure from misuse is entirely your responsibility. Any transaction,
use, or activities from your account-giving rise to any liability monetary, legal,
or otherwise are your responsibility. Where you have reason to suspect that there
may have been unauthorised use of your account, or any breach of security you must
inform Con-x-ion immediately. Con-x-ion will not be responsible, under any circumstances
whatsoever, for any losses that are incurred due to misuse of your account by; another,
with or without your consent or knowledge. To transact you must have the legal capacity
to enter into this agreement i.e.; you are above 18 years of age and are of sound
mind.
Updates & Amendments
Con-x-ion may at any time amend this site’s terms and conditions without notice
to you. All amendments are posted on the site and will take effect immediately.
Links
Con-x-ion may link our site to other sites on the Internet. It is your choice to
visit these sites. We cannot take responsibility for the content or security on
these sites and will not be responsible if you suffer any loss or damage from visiting
these sites or using another’s products or services. Con-x-ion recommends
that you check privacy policies, terms, and conditions of these other sites.
Late Flights
Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day that
arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick up will need to make alternative
arrangements at their own expense, A full refund will issued for the arrival journey.
Con-x-ion is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed
and you are not on the last service of the day, please contact the Con-x-ion office
(07) 5556 9888 and we will put you on the next available service. Con-x-ion office
hours are 7am-7pm, after 7pm your call will be diverted to our night service.
- We strongly advise passengers to reconfirm their transfer 24 hours prior to travel.
- Due to Government regulation, smoking and the consumption of alcohol is illegal
on all Coaches.
