TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for entering our site.  In doing so you have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions as set out below:

OVERVIEW

a)  This website, the software, design,text and graphics comprised in this website and the format and layout of this site are owned by us.  You may view and electronically copy the pages of this website in the usual operation of your web browser in visiting this site, but for no other purpose.  Copying, distributing, selling, modifying, transmitting is strictly prohibited.

b)  Trade marks, business names, company names, logos and trade names are owned by us.  You do not have any right to licence or use them.

PRICING POLICY

a)  All prices shown are retail, include GST and are shown in Australian Dollars.

b)  Periodicially Con-x-ion will have 'specials'.  There will be time frames on these 'specials' and limited numbers available.    'Specials' must be booked and paid for at time of booking and confirmed by us within 24 hours to guarantee that booking.  Failure to pay for the 'special' at time of booking may result in cancellation of the booking.  We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to cancellation in these circumstances.  This clause applies to 'specials' only.  See Item CANCELLATION POLICY for further information on 'regular' bookings.

c)  We may have third parties involved in 'special' offers.  You must check the third party provider to determine their terms and conditions that  apply to the 'special'.

AGENT/MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, SECURITY.

a)  Those entities, on registration with Con-x-ion, will be required to choose a username and password to enable use of their account.  Keeping your username and password confidential and secure from misue is entirely your responsibility.  Any transaction or use or activity from your account, giving rise to any liability monetary or legal or otherwise, are your responsibility.  Where you have reasons to suspect that there may have been unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security you must immediately inform Con-x-ion.  Con-x-ion will not be responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any losses that are incurred due to any misuse of your account by another, with or without your consent or knowledge or by yourself.

b)  To transact you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement ie; you are above 18 years of age and are of sound mind.

UPDATES/AMENDMENTS

a)  Con-x-ion may at any time amend this site's terms and conditions without notice to you.  The amendments will be posted on the site and will take effect immediately.

LINKS

a)  We may link our site to other sites on the Web.  It is your choice to visit these sites.  We cannot take responsibility for the content or security on these sites and will not be responsible if you suffer any loss or damage from visiting these site or using another's product or service.  It is recommended you check privacy policies and terms and conditions of these other sites.

CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFERS

Airport:

a)  Departure times may vary to meet some flight arrivals.  Please check with Con-x-ion for pick up times and further details.

b)  Con-x-ion will not be responsible for delays incurred and recommend travellers take relevant travel insurance.

c) International Flights - Pickup time is indicative as all passengers need to be cleared through customs and departure time is at the discretion of Con-X-ion Coaches. Average departure time after arrival is approx. 30 - 40 minutes.

d)  Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person.  Excess baggage will only be carried at the discretion of Con-x-ion and may be subject to an additional charge.  Passengers please label luggage including full address.  No responsibility is accepted by Con-x-ion for loss or damage to luggage, personal and or valuable items.

e)  Due to Government regulation, the consumption of alcohol or smoking is illegal on coaches.

ROO Pass:

Theme park, attractions and shopping. Con-x-ion Coaches reserve the right to alter the destinations or times as may be necessary. The company takes no responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. Pick-up times are approximate due to traffic conditions. Passengers should be waiting at departure point 10 minutes prior. The coach cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the designated service phone for next pick-up time. If none available on the day passengers will need to make their own arrangements. Con-x-ion is not responsible for lost or stolen passes. Day includes first day of travel, Days must be used within 30 days, days punched are inclusive, price is for coach transfers only and value add specials on pass, Theme park entry NOT included, Roo pass is not transferable, unused components are non refundable. Airport transfers. Con-x-ion will not be responsible for delays incurred and recommend travellers take relevant travel insurance. Con-x-ion Coaches meet and greet pre-booked flights. Airport Transfers are to customer flight number and arrival/departure time. Brisbane International Airport please allow 3 hours plus travelling time, Brisbane Domestic allow 2 hours plus travelling time and Gold Coast (Coolangatta) allow 2 hours plus travelling time. Times are indicative. Con-x-ion will confirm transfer times on booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will only be made subject to the following terms (other than specified):

A minimum A$5 Administration Fee is applicable to all cancellations.

*Cancellation more than 24 hours = 100%

*Cancellation less than 24 hours = 50%

*Failure to board = 0%

Family = 2 adults and 2 children (Childs age is 4-13 years inclusive)
