Upon arrival and after exiting customs, turn left and proceed to the “MEETING POINT”. Our drivers will greet you wearing a red CON-X-ION cap and displaying a board with the passenger’s name. Under normal circumstances your bus should depart the airport inside 90 minutes after you arrive. This allows for 60 minutes for you to collect your luggage, clear customs and find your driver and upto 30 minutes to meet other passengers travelling on your service. After you disembark, please turn your mobile phone on in the event we need to make contact with you regarding amended departure times / delays etc.

Passenger/s arriving into Hamilton Wharf are met at the bus stop outside the docking area. Our drivers will greet you wearing a red Con-x-ion Cap and displaying a board with the passenger’s name. Under normal circumstances your bus should depart the Wharf 3 hours after you arrive. This allows for for you clear customs and to collect your luggage. If you have not made contact with the driver after this time please contact us on our toll free help line: 1300 CONXION (1300 266 946). After you disembark, please turn your mobile phone on in the event we need to make contact with you regarding amended departure times / delays etc.
We aim to have depart from the Wharf inside of the above timeline however from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances there may be further delays and we will endeavour to have you depart the wharf not later than 3 hours and 30 minutes after you Dock.
Holt St. Wharf (Brisbane) Arrival Procedure.
Passenger/s arriving into Holt St. Wharf are met in the immediate location outside the docking area. Our drivers will greet you wearing a red Con-x-ion Cap and displaying a board with the passenger’s name. Departure from the Wharf will occur after all passengers have made contact with the driver. If you can not make contact with the driver please contact us on our toll free help line: 1300 CONXION (1300 266 946). Arrival Sunshine Coast Airport Procedure
Buses depart Brisbane airport every 1½ hours from 6:00am until 10:30pm (see table below). If only one Arrival flight is to be met, we depart immediately.

“Upon collection of luggage, please phone toll free number “1800 33 00 55.” (if you do not have a mobile phone, there are public phones in both terminals) – you will be connected with our dispatch office who will provide instructions on where to meet your airport shuttle bus.”

Melbourne International Airport Arrival Procedure (Tullamarine, Melbourne Airport)
PLEASE NOTE - Melbourne Airport do not allow BUS/COACH drivers to leave their vehicle to meet you inside the terminal as a result we have arranged a FREE phone so you can contact us. ( In case you do not have a working phone of your own )
This is what you need to do upon arriving at Melbourne Airport.
1. As soon as you have arrived, please ring us immediately on +613 86829115 to confirm that you caught your flight and it has landed. Please contact us BEFORE you wait for your luggage. ( just in case our bus is about to leave - we may be able to hold it for you )
2. If you do NOT have a working phone, please go to T2 ( International Terminal - Ground Floor ) and find the INFORMATION COUNTER on the ground floor Look for the i logo. There is a free call board at the Information counter. Locate the TOUREAST AUSTRALIA / CON-X-ION display box and ring the number in the box ( 125 ) wait, and you will be connected to an operator.
3. We will then direct you to the correct BUS ZONE in the second roadway opposite the terminal. The airport do change these zones so phone contact is essential.
At all times, ask any Yellow Jacket Melbourne Airport Employee for directions to find the Free Phone and Bus Zone. It is a privately owned airport and it is their job to assist you!

Bali Airport Arrival Procedures
VISA ON ARRIVAL
Your passport is required to be valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival into Indonesia. In addition a Tourist Visa on Arrival is required for all Australian passport holders. The 30 day visa is purchased upon arrival at a cost of USD 25.00 per adult, child and infant. It is advised to have the exact US Dollars to avoid delays. Passport holders with other nationalities can check visa requirements with the Indonesian Embassy before travelling.
ARRIVALS
Thank you for choosing Con-x-ion (operated by alliance partners, Bali Res Centre).
Upon arrival at Ngurah Airport, Denpasar – Bali, you will disembark and make your way to the Arrivals Hall. The VIP Airport Representative will meet you at the entrance of the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and the Con-x-ion logo. Before reaching the immigration counter the Rep will provide you with instructions. Once immigration requirement are complete, luggage and customs cleared the Rep will escort you outside the terminal and introduce your driver. The driver will assist with luggage to the car parking and provide a cold towel and bottled water per person. Then it’s enroute to your accommodation. The duty free limit is 1 Litre of Alcohol.

DEPARTURES
Thank you for choosing Con-x-ion (operated by alliance partners, Bali Res Centre). Your pre booked airport transfer will collect you at your accommodation place at the specified time indicated in your confirmation documents. Upon arrival at Bali Airport, you will be meet by a VIP Airport Representative who will assist with VIP Departure Check In and Immigration Services and escort you to the Premier Lounge. The Premier Lounge located on the 3rd floor near Gate 2) provides complimentary food and beverages including beer and wine, internet workstations, showers, playstation area, TV and reading material and smoking balcony. Please don’t forget the departure tax required is RP 150,000 per person.

Attraction Information
Con-x-ion requires passenger/s to book at least 24 hours in advance for all Attraction and Theme Park transfers. Passenger/s departing for Theme Park/Attractions should aim to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation house or designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. Due to the precise nature of scheduling, it may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not present at the designated pick up time; such passengers will be required to call Con-x-ion and book on a later service. If a later service is not available, passengers are required to make their own travel arrangements at their own expense. Upon boarding, coach drivers will issue passengers with a return ticket including available return pick-up times. Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country show and tour schedule bookings are to be made through Warner Village Theme Parks.
Roo Pass Information
You are required to book your airport transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass, though you are not required to book all attraction transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass. Attraction transfers require 24 hours notice, please call Con-x-ion on 1300 266 946. The Roo Pass offers return transfers to Movieworld, Dreamworld, Whitewater World, Wet‘n’Wild, SeaWorld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Superbee Honeyworld, Fleays, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Surfers Paradise Shopping Precinct. The Roo Pass must be used within 30 days from first use; any unused components are non-refundable. The Roo Pass is not transferable; however, transfers are flexible and have the facility to re-book transfers to another day if necessary. The Roo Pass price is for Coach Transfers and Specials included in the pass, theme park entry is NOT included. The days that are hole-punched on the Roo Pass are inclusive. Con-x-ion reserves the right to alter the times and destinations as necessary. Con-x-ion does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. Pick up times are approximate due to traffic conditions. Con-x-ion is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.

Baggage Information and Travel Insurance
Baggage Information
Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Con-x-ion needs to be advised of any additional luggage at time of booking for which clients will be advised of additional charges. All luggage must be clearly labelled by the passenger/s, including name and residential address. Passenger/s should carry valuable items (e.g. jewellery, expensive equipment, cash etc.) onboard.

Intoxicated Passengers
At the discretion of the coach captain, intoxicated passengers who are deemed potential nuisances and/or a danger to other persons onboard any Con-x-ion bus will be denied boarding and/or will be ordered to disembark from the vehicle.
Damage due to Intoxication
Should the vehicle sustain damage due to a passenger’s negligence / intoxication (for example, regurgitating onboard the coach), the offender is subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $100. This fee is applied to offset the cost to rectify the damage and loss of work that the vehicle will experience.

General Admission – Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild Water World, Sea World

Dinner Show Tickets – Australian Outback Spectacular evening dinner show
Bookings are currently available for all Australian Outback Spectacular performances until 30 June 2011.
Admission is free for children 3 years or under (not including seat and meal). A full child rate is applicable for children aged 4 - 13 years inclusive or for children 3 years and under where an individual seat and meal is to be served.
A limited number of seats are available for guests in wheelchairs. Bookings for guests in wheelchairs and guests with special seating requirements cannot be made online. Please telephone our Reservation Team for assistance 07 555 69 888.
Pensioner prices only available to Australian and New Zealand residents.

Ticket valid for 14 days from first park visit. On first visit your photograph will be taken and affixed to your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable once presented for the first visit.
The VIP Pass
Unlimited entry to Sea World, Movie World and Wet'n'Wild until 30 June 2011!
The VIP Pass gives unlimited entry to Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet'n'Wild Water World (But not to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours) until 30 June 2011 inclusive. If you are a QLD or Northern NSW resident check
out the QLD VIP Pass Offer.
The VIP Pass does not include entry to the Sea World Resort Water Park, Sea World Helicopters or Sea World Animal Adventures.

*CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF VIP PASS:
1. The QLD VIP Pass Offer is restricted to Queensland residents and residents of Northern New South Wales postcodes 2450 – 2490 only. Proof of residency must be shown on first entry.

• Annual Pass member benefits.
6. VIP Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer.
7. VRTP may cancel or suspend the VIP Pass and/or remove the holder from a park if they breach ANY park rules which are set out at the front gate of each park. VRTP reserves the right to close rides and/or
attractions on a permanent or temporary basis during the life of the VIP Pass.
8. The original VIP Pass must be presented to be allowed entry to a park. NO PASS - NO ENTRY
9. If the VIP Pass is lost, stolen or damaged $20.00 is payable to obtain a replacement pass.
10. These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia.
*CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO GOLD COAST THEME PARKS:
1. The owners and operators of the premises entered by you are not liable for and you irrevocably release them from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from any cause
whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on the premises.

3. Photographs, movies or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for any commercial purpose.
4. No flash photography is allowed.
5. Physical restrictions apply on some rides due to safety requirements.
6. You agree to abide by all ride instructions.
7. No alcohol, food, beverages, eskies or coolers are allowed.
8. You agree that we may use any photographs that we may take of you for our commercial purposes without payment to you.
9. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone all interactive and animal features/shows for operational reasons and/or in the interests of animal welfare.
10. NO REFUNDS are payable in the event of ride or park/attraction closure due to inclement weather.
*TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PURCHASE:
1. You must have access to a printer in order to print your tickets to present at the theme park or attraction. Entry will not be permitted without presentation of these tickets.
2. The one admission price for your Gold Coast theme park* tickets covers all rides, shows and attractions, excluding coin-operated games, lockers, candid and ride photographs. Guests pay
independently for all food and beverage and merchandise.
3. We strongly recommend that all children under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adultwho shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on our premises.
4. Guests who do not plan on using the attractions but wish to enjoy the surrounds must still pay full admission price. This includes parents and guardians supervising or waiting for children.
5. All tickets purchased online are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Ticket prices are inclusive of GST.
6. All ticket prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars. You are solely liable for any currency conversion fee charged by your credit card
provider.
7. An Annual Pass, VIP Pass (Gold Coast), and Annual Adventure Pass, Unlimited Adventure Pass (Sydney), remains the property of Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Attractions (VRTPA) and is not
transferable to another person. The Pass can only be used by the person whose photograph appears on the Pass, and cannot be sold or given to anyone else to use.
8. General Admission, Super Pass, Fun Pass and Escape Pass tickets purchased online must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. All Gold Coast Annual Pass tickets must be presented
at front gate for validation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, failing which the ticket is deemed void and not able to be used. Subject to effective validation within the required thirty (30) day period, the Annual Pass
is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of your first visit. The VIP Pass is valid for first use and unlimited entry until 30 June 2011. No extensions to validity periods are available.
9. Australian Outback Spectacular tickets are valid only for the date and show booked by you. Seat allocation is made by a prescribed computer program on a "best available" basis and no changes
to the seat allocated to each ticket purchased are permitted.
10. Persons must be aged 3 to 13 years inclusive to be eligible for “children” tickets with the exception of Australian Outback Spectacular [4 to 13 years inclusive] and Sea World Helicopter flights [3 to 12 years inclusive]. Pensioner
prices are available to Australian and New Zealand Government Pension card holders only but original valid Pension card must be presented at the time of entry.
11. Special offers may be displayed on this website from time to time and any conditions displayed at the time of the offer will applyand will override these terms and conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
12. If successful, a PDF of your tickets will be emailed to the nominated email address. If you experience technical difficulties please wait sixty minutes and then check to see if you have received your email confirmation. If
you do not receive your email confirmation after waiting sixty minutes, please email bookings@con-x-ion.com before completing a second transaction.
13. Email confirmations and tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be reissued if lost, stolen or misplaced.
14. Con-x-ion may collect and use your personal information provided for its business purposes. This includes being contacted by email.

Passenger/s are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance prior to their departure, as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation- ask your travel consultant for details.
Cancellation and Late Flight Procedure
Cancellation Policy
There is a $5.00 administration fee with every credit card booking cancellation.
Cancellation in excess of 24 hours will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation in less than 24 hours but with 12 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 12 hours do not receive a refund.
Late Flights
Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day that arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Con-x-ion is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the Con-x-ion office 1300 266 946 and we will put you on the next available service.
Attraction and Pass Details
Attraction Information
Con-x-ion requires passenger/s to book at least 24 hours in advance for all Attraction and Theme Park transfers. Passenger/s departing for Theme Park/Attractions should aim to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation house or designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. Due to the precise nature of scheduling, it may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not present at the designated pick up time; such passengers will be required to call Con-x-ion and book on a later service. If a later service is not available, passengers are required to make their own travel arrangements at their own expense. Upon boarding, coach drivers will issue passengers with a return ticket including available return pick-up times. Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country show and tour schedule bookings are to be made through Warner Village Theme Parks.
Roo Pass Information
You are required to book your airport transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass, though you are not required to book all attraction transfers at time of booking a Roo Pass. Attraction transfers require 24 hours notice, please call Con-x-ion on 1300 266 946. The Roo Pass offers return transfers to Movieworld, Dreamworld, Whitewater World, Wet‘n’Wild, SeaWorld, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Superbee Honeyworld, Fleays, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Surfers Paradise Shopping Precinct. The Roo Pass must be used within 30 days from first use; any unused components are non-refundable. The Roo Pass is not transferable; however, transfers are flexible and have the facility to re-book transfers to another day if necessary. The Roo Pass price is for Coach Transfers and Specials included in the pass, theme park entry is NOT included. The days that are hole-punched on the Roo Pass are inclusive. Con-x-ion reserves the right to alter the times and destinations as necessary. Con-x-ion does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. Pick up times are approximate due to traffic conditions. Con-x-ion is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
