Gold Coast and Brisbane Airport Arrivals

Upon arrival please collect your luggage from the luggage carousel. Please locate the Schoolies.com Representative at your luggage carousel (They will be clearly identified in Schoolies.com T shirts.) All departure information will be explained on arrival at the airport by the schoolies rep. All Departure information will be issued to Students on arrival by the schoolies representative.

Baggage Information

Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Surcharge applies to additional luggage items (see below). All luggage must be clearly labeled by the passenger/s, including name and residential address. Passenger/s should carry valuable and fragile items (e.g. jewelry, expensive equipment, cash etc.) on-board. Con-X-ion shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to any personal effects, luggage or other goods, whether or not such loss or damage is suffered, or is caused by anything occurring before, after, or in the course of any journey.

Surcharge applies to the follow luggage items.

  • Additional suitcases - $6.00 per extra piece of luggage
  • Surfboards - $10.00 each. Surfboards must be less than 6ft long (183 cm), Should the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be unable to be transported due to our coaches' trailer size restrictions.
  • Bike in Bike Box - $10.00 each
  • Golf Clubs - $10.00 (one set per passenger)

Excess luggage falling outside the above groups will have the cost confirmed by the driver upon boarding.

Intoxicated Passengers

At the discretion of the coach captain, intoxicated passengers who are deemed potential nuisances and/or a danger to other persons onboard any Schoolies bus will be denied boarding and/or will be ordered to disembark from the vehicle.

Damage due to Intoxication

Should the vehicle sustain damage due to a passenger’s negligence / intoxication (for example, regurgitating onboard the coach), the offender is subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $100. This fee is applied to offset the cost to rectify the damage and loss of work that the vehicle will experience.

Late Flights

Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day that arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Schoolies is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the Schoolies office on 1300 266 946 and we will put you on the next available service.

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a $5.00 administration fee with every credit card booking cancellation.
  • Cancellation in excess of 24 hours will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation in less than 24 hours but with 12 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours do not receive a refund.

Travel Insurance

Passenger/s are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance prior to their departure, as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation- ask your travel consultant for details.
